Yes. We offer a full unpacking service at your new home. We’ll unpack boxes, place items where you want them, and remove all packaging debris. Ask about this when you book.
Each item is individually wrapped in acid-free tissue and bubble wrap. Glasses go in divided cartons. Plates are packed vertically (stronger than flat). Heavy items at the bottom, light on top. Every box is clearly marked “FRAGILE” and handled accordingly.
We use specialist telescopic picture boxes with corner protectors. Artwork is wrapped in acid-free paper first, then bubble wrap, then placed in the picture box. Mirrors get the same treatment. For very large or valuable pieces, we can build custom crates.
Yes. Once you’re unpacked at your new home, we’ll collect all empty boxes, bubble wrap, paper, and other packaging waste. Just let us know when you’re ready and we’ll arrange collection.
